Taking VTA Light Rail to the 2007 Holiday Parade is quick, easy and stress-free. For added convenience, park in any of VTA’s park and ride lots, purchase an 8-Hour Light Rail Excursion Pass and enjoy the parade. The San Jose Holiday Parade’s location is served by VTA Light Rail (exit at any downtown station) and Bus Lines 22, 23, 64, 65, 66, 68, 72, 73, 81 and 82.

Christmas in the Park (Plaza de Cesar Chavez) is served by VTA Light Rail (exit at the Convention Center or Paseo de San Antonio stations) and Bus Lines 22, 23, 63, 64, 65, 66, 68, 72, 73, 81, 82 and 180.

Parade Route

The parade will step off on Santa Clara Street and Delmas Avenue, near the HP Pavilion, at 8:30 a.m. proceeding east on Santa Clara Street. It will turn right on Market Street marching south past Plaza De Cesar Chavez and ending at San Carlos Street.
